How to book and confirm the service? 

Send us an email with the dates on which you want the service. After we confirm our availability, you must pay by credit transfer direct into our bank account. Once the operation is confirmed by our financial institution will have the service available.

Voucher Information

For this activity, you can present a voucher in paper or electronic. What is it?

Information about the local operator:
The Confirmation Voucher includes full information on the operator, including local telephone numbers. Our Product Managers select only the most experienced and reliable operators in each destination, removing the guesswork for you, and ensuring your peace of mind.

After confirming the booking, we will send you a voucher by email. It is your ticket and proof of purchase. Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

The URBAN Caddie offers three different types of voucher (described below). WARNING: the 'voucher Information' section details the type (s) (s) applicable voucher (applicable) to tour / specific activity. Not all types of voucher are accepted on all tours; see the "voucher Information 'section to check the vouchers valid on this tour.

Voucher only paper
On the journey, present a paper voucher to redeem your tour / activity. If you do not present a printed copy of the voucher, you can not participate in the acquired activity or receive care. The URBAN Caddie will not make refunds, credits or refunds if you do not submit a printed copy of the voucher on the day of travel.

e-Voucher
The supplier of this tour accept electronic voucher (e-vouchers) and printed. You can print the voucher and present a paper copy of the day of travel. Or if you travel with a mobile device, simply present a photo ID and the voucher on your smartphone or tablet on the day of travel.

Voucher not required
On the journey, present a paper voucher or e related to this activity or simply present a photo ID Traveler's holder. Our supplier keeps data in your reservation record and ask just a proof of identity (valid photo ID Traveler's holder) on the trip.
