After confirming the booking, we will send you a voucher by email. It is your ticket and proof of purchase. The URBAN Caddie offers three different types of voucher (described below).

The URBAN Caddie will not make refunds, credits or refunds if you do not submit a printed copy of the voucher on the day of travel.e-VoucherThe supplier of this tour accept electronic voucher (e-vouchers) and printed. You can print the voucher and present a paper copy of the day of travel. Or if you travel with a mobile device, simply present a photo ID and the voucher on your smartphone or tablet on the day of travel.

 

Voucher not required On the journey, present a paper voucher or e related to this activity or simply present a photo ID Traveler's holder. Our supplier keeps data in your reservation record and only request a proof of identity (valid photo ID Traveler's holder) on the trip.

 

How to book and confirm the service? 

 

Send us an email with the dates on which you want the service. After we confirm our availability, you must pay by credit transfer direct into our bank account. Once the operation is confirmed by our financial institution will have the service available.
